Mr. Will Cavendish, Global Digital Services Leader at Arup, shared that Smart Buildings are moving from fringe to mainstream as more Smart Buildings are being architected with the help of digital twins. Subsequently, Mr. Vincent See, Head of New Ventures at Swire Properties, presented some key reasons why building owners invest in Smart Buildings and the relevant technologies.
